The Gelderman History
In 1955, Jan Gelderman, a Dutch immigrant, founded Jan Gelderman Garden Service in Ontario with just $7.14 worth of tools, and a 1948 Willys Jeep. Since then, the Gelderman name became synonymous with exceptional service and care for their customers through hard work and dedication. Today, the Gelderman family business thrives with over 100 employees in the hands of the 3rd generation of the Gelderman family!
In true Gelderman fashion, Jonathan set out on his real estate career in 2001 with the same level of hard work and diligence as his grandfather, or “HandjeOpa” as he was affectionately called!
In 2009, the company expanded and the “Gelderman.ca Real Estate Team” was officially launched, and in 2011 we helped serve our 1,000 customer!
